Dismal Experience, Avoid at All Costs

Arrived for a brief stay, but the conditions were appalling. Found dirty corners and moldy showers. Requesting assistance was frustrating as management offered little help. I recommend bringing your own cleaning supplies and checking the room thoroughly before settling in. Stay elsewhere for a peaceful night.

I came to Gainesville for overnight stay - everything was good. I had beautifully maintained and large room complete with all the basics and shower/toilet, as example. Everywhere there was clean. All the staff members were incredibly nice. The service was fantastic in my opinion. Could use their great parking.

the air conditioning was a lifesaver during my stay, making the hot weather bearable; just bring your own shampoo as the hotel will surprise you with empty bottles.

Loved our rooms with a king size bed. It was impressive, we were very pleased.

Had three rooms and they were all over and not together like we wanted

The location is convenient for golf and close to the highway. The room had mold and bugs, which was concerning.

The front end staff was very nice but its run by Indians , which do not care about the customers

The first room had bed bugs , which was disgusting , but the second room was fine. I would not recommend this dump to anyone its the worst Days Inn I have ever stayed in

Room was nice. Bathroom needed to be cleaned better. There were hairs around the edges on the bathroom floor. The coffee pot still had the old grounds in the basket.

Bed was comfortable.

Just a little dirty. More care should be taken to ensure a clean room.

We enjoyed our stay, especially taking the kids to WinStar Casino and Resort nearby. They had a blast, and it was just a quick drive from the hotel. The room we had was pretty spacious and clean, comfortable for our family.

My kids wished there was a small playground. It would really help keep them entertained after a long day of traveling.

There were semen stains on the beds and was woken up several times in the middle of the night by people trying to sell drugs.

NOTHING !! This place was filthy ! I walked into the room and it smelled like mold ! Something was laying on the tile floor . I turned around and went to the office . Requested my money back and they refused !! Blaming Booked.net that they wouldn't allow a refund

This place has well-maintained rooms, a safe location, and excellent service at a good value, including the option for a late check out.

Window were dirty, bath tub had a slimy feel on it , shower couldn't get to work. Other than that good

Dust on pictures and light not having bulbs to use

AC worked well

The bathroom is a wreck. Toilet barely flushes, door is hanging and difficult to open and close, and the sink is cracked in two places. Staff never came and cleaned our room or brought fresh towels, in spite of me calling them and asking them to.
